David Latture - General Manager
With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, David brings a wealth of management and leadership experience. He has a strong focus on customer service and understands the importance of providing a first-class experience for all members and guests. Prior to joining the VLC team as General Manager, he served as the General Manager of the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center-Murfreesboro and the Embassy Suites-Cool Springs for more than 10 years. Being from the Franklin area and a member of Vanderbilt Legends Club, he is aware of the great reputation and impact the Club has on the local community.
Patrick Jackson - Director of Golf
Patrick Jackson, Vanderbilt Legends Club’s award-winning Director of Golf, has served the club in a variety of ways since his arrival in 1995. Patrick is our Director of Golf and recently headed up the acclaimed Vanderbilt Legends Club Golf Academy. His commitment to helping others has garnered him an array of accolades, including multiple Golf Professional of the Year awards and many other honors. After graduating from the Central University of Iowa, the Hawkeye state native moved to Florida, where he served as the head golf professional at Seascape Resort in Destin.
Joe Kennedy - Director of Golf Maintenance
A past president and current member of the Tennessee Golf Course Superintendents Association, Joe Kennedy has long been dedicated to maintaining championship course conditions at Vanderbilt Legends Club. Prior to joining the club in 1991, Kennedy supervised construction of the two courses. Before relocating to Brentwood, the Bellmore, N.Y. native and Brevard College graduate worked at several courses in North Carolina. Kennedy and his wife have two grown children.
Debra Hulvey - Membership Director
Debra Hulvey came to Vanderbilt Legends Club in 2009 as an assistant in the Membership Sales and Marketing Department. She previously worked in sales and management at Fleming's Steakhouse and The Nashville City Club. She is currently a member of the Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce and lives in Murfreesboro with her husband and two children.
Bo Casey - Class A PGA Professional & Corporate Outing Sales Manager
Bo Casey served as head golf professional at Vanderbilt Legends Club from 1999 to 2007. The following year, Casey was named corporate outing sales manager, where he oversees more than 100 annual events. Prior to joining the Legends team, the Belmont University graduate was a supervisor at Gaylord’s Springhouse Links Golf Club in Nashville. Bo, his wife and two children live in Franklin.
Bruce Lowman - Food & Beverage Director
Bruce Lowman has returned to Vanderbilt Legends Club as Food & Beverage Director after several years of employment with Embassy Suites Nashville South. Bruce has been an expert in the food & beverage field for many years and has dedicated himself to making VLC the best place to dine after a great game of golf.
Gina Seales - Events Manager
Gina Seales, the Events Manager at Vanderbilt Legends Club, came on board in 1997 as a sales manager for membership and golf outings. Previously, the Western Kentucky University graduate served as a marketing associate for the Williamson County Economic Development Agency. She is currently a member of both the Brentwood and Cool Springs chambers of commerce. Seales lives in Sspring Hill with her husband.
Joe Hallett - Director of Instruction
Joe brings 18 years of PGA Professional instruction and education to VLC. He is a Top 100 Instructor with his previous experience including Lead Instructor at the PGA Center for Learning & Performance in Port St. Lucie Florida, PGA Education faculty Lead Instructor & Presenter, and PGA Director and Chairman of the 2011 PGA Teaching Coaching Summit. He was honored as a Top 50 Golf Instructor by Golf Range Magazine and is one of the new class of 2011 Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructors. He is a PGA Certified Member in Instruction. His most recent success includes working with Stacy Lewis, 2011 Kraft Nabisco Champion and 2008 US Women's open Champion, Inbee Park.
Buddy Harston - Associate Golf Instructor & Director of Golf Fitness
Buddy Harston, a former member of the PGA Champions Tour and current head golf coach at Lipscomb University, joined Vanderbilt Legends Club in 2008, bringing his passion for golf to members as the associate golf instructor and director of golf fitness. Harston, a decorated player and a Titleist Performance Institute-certified Golf Fitness Instructor, has competed in the U.S. Senior Open Championship, the British Senior Open Championship and the Senior PGA Championship -- each on multiple occasions. A Nashville native, Harston attended college at Lipscomb University. He and his wife live in Nashville.
